How to zero my Apple ID balance

I want to change my apple id region but it hast some balance
Would you please check it and make it 0 so i can change its region

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
