nike run club accuracy

I'm using the Nike Run Club app on my Apple Watch 5. It worked great until about a month ago when the distance logged was short of the actual distance I ran. This is on a marked trail that I've run on for almost 20 years and my Garmin and my running partner's Garmin logs the correct mileage. With a lot of races going virtual, it's kind of important that the App logs the correct mileage. This doesn't happen every run but is frequent enough to be of concern. I can't figure out how to contact tech support for NRC.

We understand you are experiencing intermittent logging issues with the Nike Run Club app on your Apple Watch.

Best regards.
