Image Capture - com.apple.ImageCaptureCore error 28

Image Capture throw this error in between photos and videos copy from iPhone to external drive - com.apple.ImageCaptureCore error 28,

I have tried giving full permission on the external drive as "everyone read-write" as per other discussion thread. Did not work..

Please help.

Nothings seems to work on Error 9956 I have roughly 2800 photos and movies on my phone. 2100 of them are producing 9956 errors when I attempt to import them using Image capture. Even on normal sized JPG formatted images. I have dealt with the security settings on my mac I have confirmed full permissions for the hard drive I'm importing to and also attempted to import directly to my system drive. I have tried both settings in the photos app settings, (both automatic and compatible) I'm using MacOS 10.14.6 on a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) I'm using iOS 14.4 on an iPhone 7 MNAC2LL/A Is there anything else to try? I'm trying desperately to avoid Apple's crashy Photos app.

Getting Image Capture Error 9956 trying to backup iPhone 8 camera pictures to iMac Getting Error code 9956 trying to back up lots of pictures from iPhone 8 to iMac running on OS Mojave 10.14.6. Most odd is a picture 24hrs apart gets accepted without error and younger gets rejected. Have already done the recommended placing of ImageCapture App with Full Disc Access in Privacy Settings. Any other help greatly appreciated. Of the 4000 images, only 952 were able to be backed-up, the rest rejected.

com.apple.ImageCaptureCore error - 9912 I’m getting the above error code when trying to import pictures and video from an iPhone 12mini to my Mac running macOS Hugh Sierra. I have tried different cables and ports but no success. Anyone know how to sort this please ?
