do i need to worry about keylogger or a virus ??

Hi so i let my friend use my imac today i came in and found him on Omegle chat site, i hate that place, all the sudden someone said i got you IP , which is crazy but should i worry about them putting a keylogger or a virus threw that dumb site on my Imac? , how can i check for this i did a malwarbytes scan but not sure if it scans for that stuff on mac os. let me know i'm sure the person that said they had my IP was probably just using a packet sniffer like wireshark but you never know.

hi there ok i got it checked , in there for full disk access, i had one more question what all should be in here. i have several things , one is for my microsft edge browser , others are strange , i will list them , what should i allow full disk access as some are unchecked.

so here is this list

com.microsoft.autoupdate.helper

sshd-keygen-wrapper

setup assistant with a wired black tux and bo thing

Terminal

EterCHECK and its checked

Malwarbytes protection. checked

the others are not checked should they be?? could this be why my edge browser is not updating?

are any of these malware?
