My iPhone 11 Pro won't charge past 80% even if turn off Battery optimization feature.

I am facing a very weird issue. My iPhone stops charging at 80% and won't charge fully even if I turn off the Battery optimization feature. I have searched the Internet and did not find any single blog or about it. Can anyone resolve my issue here?

I want to add some more information. Battery Health was 100% percent it all happened when the battery health dropped 2 points within 2 weeks. Suddenly I started to notice that iPhone stops when it charges at 80%. Then I turned off the Battery Optimization Feature and Still, it did not charge my iPhone.

Now I am noticing it show that the battery is charging but the points do not change. For example, if the battery is 30% charged and I charge it for 30 minutes it will remain at 30%.

Please help me out.
