HomeKit live view (stream) is not working outside home wifi network.

I have a serious issue with access to live stream from my Logitech Circle View outside my home wifi network - very often (but not always) I cannot get access, getting a message:


“No Response. Wait until someone else in this home stops viewing this camera and try again.”


Unfortunatelly killing the app / restarting does not help. I'm the only user of HomeKit and no other device is in use, so it's definitely not the issue of simultanous stream to multiple devices. Please help.

It's not an issue of adding accessories. The camera streams from remote locations (3G/LTE/5G) randomly. Sometimes it works, sometimes doesn't and shows the message: "No Response. Wait until someone else in this home stops viewing this camera and try again" despite nobody else is using HomeKit.


What is interesting, you can get access to recorded clips, but no streaming...
