TEXTING non-APPLE USERS DOES NOT DELIVER MY MESSAGES!
I have wasted my hard earned money to purchase the expensive APPLE PRODUCTS. I cannot even text my friends & family who do not have Apple products. Help!

In order to text non-Apple devices, you need to rely on SMS texting services. These are provided by your cellular voice provider. I suggest that you contact yours to find out why you are not able to use your iPhone to send SMS messages.
In the meantime, make sure that you have SMS enabled on your phone. To do so, tap on Settings > Messages > Send as SMS, should be enabled.
