Hi I have no issues getting a verification code there's just no field to enter the code? Where do I put the code once I have it? I received the initial field as shown in images but then after I received my verification code on my other device there is no field to put it in along side my password? Can someone please help? This is for my OSX Version 10.9.5

you appear to be using an older version of macOS that predates 2FA.

So your pw is Apple123! and the 2FA code is 567890, you enter Apple123!567890 in the pw box.

Thank you for your reply. I totally understand the "pw is Apple123! and the 2FA code is 567890, you enter Apple123!567890 in the pw box" as stated the issue is I can't see a pw box to enter the required information in. After initially entering my password I can retrieve a verification code sent to my other device... that's perfect, but then this comes up (as shown in image) and there is no where to put the following information as stated "Apple123!567890" I've tried going back to the initial pw box to reenter my pw with code but no success.

your initial post clearly shows a password box.
You got to it before.
Try getting a code directly from the phone while the pw box is displayed.

Oh yes the image I attached was me trying to explain the pw box was from the initial prompt given to get the code which I entered, got the code then I had to go back (close the window then reopen) to get the initial pw box to reappear. Once I did that yes I entered pw with code and no success. I have now tried to get the password from my phone as you have only now directed me to do so. It wasn't clear and no I didn't use the article you stated to get here thanks for you help though.
