Runaway User Process - 10.15.7 KextCache

My computer rebooted twice and I ran EtreCheckPro. It is stating that it was a runaway user process with Kextcache. I have no clue what this is and what I can do to correct this issue. Can someone help?

Runaway process my Imac has been running slow and i was told to use EtreCheck and on the report one of the major issues was that i had a runaway process and when i clicked on it, it didn't give me a location for it. The process uses 99.9% cpu and i wonder if that is causing my computer to run slow. How would i find where that process is and how do i stop it, its called "JUQjguvy" and is run by user "root". is that what is making my Imac run slow? here is the report as well. Thank you

iMac 21.5 Late 2012 Running Slow Etrecheck File It has been running terribly slow for quite sometime. This is my wifes computer and now she is after me to buy a new one so hopefully I can get this fixed. Etrecheck just says it has poor performance but nothing else really.

iMac suddenly running very slow on main user login. My iMac (27", mid 2010) suddenly started running very slow on the main user (administrator) login. Other user logins including 2nd administrator run normal. I downloaded and purchased the EtreCheck app form the Apple App Store. It appears that the major problem is a runaway process. Without explaining more, here is the report. How to I solve this problem. Typing this message is even very time consuming as I have to wait for the processor to return back to me from crashing and trying to do a report. Thanks for your help. Papa Tom

Try restarting the computer in Safe Mode - Shift - Immediately at startup. It does a repair Disk, clears cache files and only loads Apple Software so loads slowly - Normal. Let it run in this mode for 30 minutes. Does the problem occur in Safe Mode too ?
