Apple Watch Awards

The last two limited edition awards have been earned by me and are showing on my watch, but aren’t reflecting in my Fitness app on my iPhone. Why?

**** Fancy4167,

Looking over your post it looks like a couple of those limited edition challenges that you worked for are not making it over to your iPhone.

We would suggest that you unpair the Apple Watch from the iPhone. When you do that, a backup of the data from the watch will automatically be created. Once unpaired, restart both devices. When they are both started pair the watch back. This should force the iPhone to read the data from the watch backup.

Here is some information that should help:

Back up your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Set up and pair your Apple Watch with iPhone - Apple Support

Have a great day!

This didn’t solve the issue at all. I followed the instructions to the letter and now over twenty four hours later, all of my challenges are gone from my watch and only the 2020 challenges are in my app. I even lost the Ring in the New Year one. Why can’t you fix these bugs? I use this to motivate myself and the app frequently messes up. All my hardware and software stay up to date. I’m so frustrated with the idea that you have no platform to easily complain about issues.
