External Graphics Card with MacBook Pro
If I'm going to plug and external graphics card into my macbook pro 13' 2017, what all should I need? Additionally, what ext. graphics card would you suggest to go along with this?

13-in MacBook Pro is a portable-optimized computer that can run on batteries, and comes with Intel integrated graphics, only.
Apple does not even consider that good enough to run its 15-in built-in displays for even slightly-graphics-challenging purposes.
So yes, in my opinion, you should buy a more-graphics-capable computer. Starting with a computer with a graphics deficit and adding a box on the outside is not a sensible approach, in my opinion. You get an excessively expensive setup optimized for nothing in particular.
Do you even need portability? With a MacBook Pro, you pay dearly for that portability.
Well in terms of when I'm playing, its always at home so if it'd be something I can just plug in that'd be cool. I was saving for a desktop Windows anyways, and I'm not interested on spending 13,000$ on mac pro lol
First and foremost, why are you considering this complex expensive alternative to a Mac that was sold as a portable computer?
What problem, EXACTLY are you trying to solve?
I'm having performance issues on games, and I'd like it to run faster. However, this mac comes with 16 gb ram so I doubt that's the issue.
Should I just invest in a higher performance desktop PC?
