YouTube TV doesn't work on a M1 MacBook Pro?
Generates a "Video Format is Not Supported" message. Is there a work around? YouTube works fine, but not YouTube TV.

Hey Peter Gregory,
We understand that you're unable to watch YouTube TV on your MacBook Pro. To confirm, are you using Chrome or Firefox for your web browser? We're asking because that is the system requirements needed, which you can read more here: Supported devices
Take care!
Great idea, it does work on the latest version of Chrome. I have tried on both Safari and Firefox and it doesn't work.
What I see is that I am getting this error, until I run YouTube TV in Chrome. Once I run it in Chrome, it works on the other browsers. After reboot, I get the error again. There must be something in Chrome that effects the global state of the browsers. Interesting.
Peter Gregory,
We're glad that you're able to use Chrome to watch YouTube TV. If you prefer to use Firefox, you can see if quitting the app and restarting your Mac may help. If you haven't yet, you can also see if updating Firefox may help: Update Firefox to the latest release
If the issue continues with Firefox, you can try reaching out to Youtube or Firefox for additional help:
Best wishes.
Peter Gregory,
Got it. If you continue to run into any error message in Firefox when trying to watch YouTube TV, you can reach out to Firefox for more guidance on what may help to run YouTube TV without any issues.
Cheers.
Firefox now works too? I had restarted and rebooted before posting. Darn thing works for me everywhere now. Thank you.
Peter Gregory,
