I just switch from AT&T to TMobile, from an iPhone X to a 12. Now my computer will not stop sending these notifications "You can use you phone number to make and receive calls directly on the Mac using Wi-Fi." It's brutal. Any suggestions?
To make it stop, go to Apple > System Preferences > Notifications and switch off "Allow Notifications from FaceTime"
Personally I hate all the banner, bell and whistle distractions, so I have 99% of my App. Notifications turned off.

Thanks. This appears to have worked. My new Mac (Mac mini) does not even have a mic or camera, so FaceTime is of no value on this machine anyway. Cheers!
