Unfortunately, each card entry is comprised of two line segments, and two text boxes, the first with a single placeholder text item and the second with three placeholder text items. Times ten cards.
As Pages does not provide any built-in Data Merge, you must fill out every one of these multi-component business card items. That is a true time waste, and there is a better way.
What you could do is fill out just one of these cards, select every component within it, and then from the bottom of the Arrange panel, select Group. Keep this Pages document open. Then, download a blank Avery business card template in the Pages document format (U.S. only) as a guest using an alternative email address than your primary account. Do not overlook unchecking Avery's option to send you all the junk mail they can muster.
When you double-click that Avery template, an additional Pages document will open with that template. Save it as a new template, and then in the currently open document, backspace the centered Place Text Here in the Avery template, and copy/paste (do not use Paste and Match Style) your single completed Elegant card from that other Pages document window, into the first Avery card location.
In the adjacent Avery card location, backspace out the Place Text Here entry, and paste again. Select these two new entries on the Avery card template, group them from the Arrange panel, and now you alternatingly remove the Place Text Here in the next row and holding the option key, you drag (duplicate) the first row of selected Elegant cards down to the second row of the Avery sheet. Continue until the sheet is done.
