I have never had an issue before. I am hooked via my PC. I keep getting msgs my iCloud is full, even though I turned off saving photos to iCloud.
But I deleted a lot of my pictures but there are 20 that refuses to delete.
Any help appreciated!

I got this fixed. I went to my iPhone photos on my phone and there was nothing showing there so I just restarted my phone. When it came back up, I checked on my PC that was still hooked up to my iPhone and all those photos were now gone. So everything is good!
