Dear,

i have an problem, my mothers iphone got locked due we were ttieing to sign in it but we didnt knew we can see the password on settings, so we keept triend, the we found the pass but the iphone icloud got locked.

also we dont know the security questions and which is the security mail,

and we want to buy storage for the phone and we cant buy it because we cant sign in, so the phone is stoping and it is slow it has errors, we need help to sign in it, i have the serial number and i dont know how could we sign in when we have this situation, please for help

thank you for your answer,

the problem is also that we live in Bosnia and i cant contact via telephone apple support, or traveling too, because i would go to apple store in Vienna and solve it but we cant currently travel.

shortly again my problem, apple ID is locked because my younger brother and mother tried to much times to log in into icloud, so i need to unlock it with security questions (which we dont know because it was few years ago and we havent writen it) + we dont know also what is the second security email.

we have icloud name and password but account is locked, we have no more storage on icloud and need to buy because phone is stopping and having tabs poping out and cant be used normaly, in other way we will need to buy an other phone,

also we cant log out from the account because we need pasword confirmation and we cant do it because it is locked i tried it, because i wanted to make a new account.
