Why does my MacBook screen turn purple when i shut it down?

I have the macbook air 2020 earlier today it restarted suddenly and had a problem something about kernel. Now when ever i shutdown my macbook the screen turns purple. Please Help. What do i do? Did i do anything wrong? Here is a photo of what happened after i shutdown my macbook.
