Macbook Pro screen issue

This is an intermittent screen issue on a late 2013 13" MBP - retina display.

Does anybody have a cue as to the cause - and cure? Thanks!

MacBook Pro screen issues Hi! At the beginning of March I started having this issue with my screen. Upon startup the display will be fine but then as I use it the issues will always appear. It starts with lines going horizontally across the top of the screen, after some time those lines will then start flashing, and then after several hours of use the entire screen will display what I would describe as a shadowing of previous things that were on the screen. I'll pop some images below as I'm not sure the worded description will be entirely clear. Due to Covid I've not been able to take it to Apple to check what might be the issue, don't suppose anyone knows what might be the cause?

MacBook Pro 15-inch 2017 Retina Screen Two weeks back, out of no where, there are horizontal dark lines shown on the bottom of the retina screen. After a week, the same kind of dark lines appear on the upper screen around the utility bar. Three days ago, whenever I turn on the computer, there are heavy imagine retention effect, yet after a while it would return to normal. Today, the image retention persisted for almost 2 hours and the screen on both sides are constantly flashing/ flicking. The problem is getting worse day by day. Please help. I have a slightly different screen issue on a 2017 MBP -discolouration, lines and flickering but slightly intermittent. Particularly bad when looking at photos. It’s currently with the Genius Bar and Apple want to charge me £500+ to replace the screen as rebooting and reinstall of OS haven’t worked. Really unhappy as it just suddenly started happening and I was expecting several more years of use our of it without a hefty cost!
