fcpx missing plugin jigsaw error. Works just fine for the most part but often after the MacBook has been in sleep mode the errors appear... What changes!? how to fix and stop happening every time I make a video. For an apple product it appears to be incredably fragile.

It makes apparent what I think could be what is causing trouble - your media appears to be in iCloud.
With FCP you should have your media in a local folder.
Copy the file to a local folder - e.g. your Movies folder, or a folder in an external drive.
Relink the clip to this location. Do File->Relink Files, choose All, then select the clip or clips in the list; click Locate Selected..., navigate to the local folder that contains the copied file(s) and click Relink.
Does it work now?

What are the clip settings? Did it come from a camera?
Select the red clip. What does it say in the Inspector?
Press Shift-F to reveal in browser, then, control-click and choose Reveal in Finder. Does the clip play correctly in Quicktime Player? In Quicktime Player, press Command-I, then twirl open the video and audio settings and post a screenshot.
So looking to create a promo video for my gym. I had created it and shared It therefore having the completed video ready to go. However I then decided to change something so after fcpx remaining open but had since put my MacBook to sleep I brought it all back up to discuss with my business partner to find what you can see in the attached image. Before this everything was working fine. I had even solved an issue of the larger video file randomly turning black thanks to a YouTube video. Its almost not worth the stress haha. I have created numerous videos which have then since corrupt so have just deleted them. macOS Catalina version 10.15.7 and fcpx version 10.5.1 - This has occurred throughout multiple updates as well. thanks for your reply before and your time
Thanks for your reply. Im not too sure what you mean about "clip settings" (sorry). the content came from my iPhone (the longer video) and other pics sent from another phone (not sure about what kind of phone). Is this what you are looking for??
Could you be a little more specific about what the plugin is, what the media is, and what you’re doing?
You also need to provide full details of your computer system, the OS, and the FCP version.
Hold on... The things you asked me to do seemed to have fixed the issue.. WTF!?!?!?
