iPhone SE (2016) Storage Issue

So i have an iPhone SE 2016 model and its 16gb variant as i have backed up all my pictures and videos on google photos and deleted from my iphone even recently deleted section the storage still shows 793 MBS of storage covered by photos also 5.67 Gb is covered by the system and 5 Gb is also covered by Others section what do i have in return ? 5 Gbs of space that gets covered so quick ! I need help i have to update to the latest version and can't free up enough space only have 1 app over my phone Whatsapp which is 1.8 Gbs and nothing else how to update ? The software?

Also, when photos are deleted, they will go to the "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days, and still count against storage. You can manually, and permanently delete from that folder, by following the steps in this article:
