Cmmd+ clicking the aforementioned icons no longer allows me to move them around on the menu bar. How do I get around this? I prefer a very specific layout of my menu items. Furthermore, how do I make it so the time is just that--the time? I.e. not the notifications button.
Big Sur ruined my Mac (surprise surprise) so I'm trying to get it back to what it once was.
You can't move the last three icons. Not sure what you mean about the time. The time is displayed.
If you're trying to get back to "what it once was", the best way would be to downgrade.
