Update 14.4 causing apps to crash

When can I do to start my apps am crashing after the last update of 14.4. I have one at particular that is barely usable and all the other ones just randomly shut down after one minute 5 minutes 30 seconds what have you. It also now lags and freezes when it never did before the 14.4 update I freed up 30% more staorage space and I have backed up and factory reset my phone but yet there is no change. Can you please assist
