Why can’t I get my ifit and Noom to sync on my iPhone 11r?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with getting data from Noom and iFIT on your iPhone 11. We'd like to help.

Have you ever been able to see the data on your iPhone? Where on the iPhone are you looking for the details? Which iOS are you currently running on your iPhone? Check Settings > General > About to find the exact version. Then, check to see if there are any app updates available: How to manually update apps on your Apple device.

Then, make sure that your Noom app is connected to your Health app: Connecting Noom to the iHealth app on iOS
