My Ipad is frozen with a picture of the Itunes logo and a usb plug. how can i get it unfrozen. I tried to restore settings and I am getting the message that I cannot do so and it is no recognizing my ipad. i have it plugged into a laptop to update.

I am unable to restore or update my Ipad air 2. it is now frozen and I cannot get it to work at all. how do I update it or at least get it unfrozen
