Big Sur 11.2.3 Update & Safari problems

I can almost get bill payer to work in 11.2.2 with cookies unblocked and cross-site trackers unblocked in Safari Version 14.0.3 (16610.4.3.1.4). But when I switch from bill payer page on banking site to accounts view, it breaks and site logs me out. Obviously there are some issues between Apple and my bank site. Until there's a fix, FireFox will be my default. It works much better. Will thie Big Sur update 11.2.3 fix Safari issues with my bank's bill payer?

Available app updates are not showing in App Store->Updates Recenlty, I noticed that I'm not geeting any updates for existing apps in my MacBook Pro. I was using MacOS 12.6.1 and I noticed that one of my app was not working properly. Then, I checked that app in App Store and it was showing an update is available but the same thing is not showing in App Store->Updates. I upgraded my MacOS to 12.6.2 and then 13.1 too. But the problem is still persistent. I have checked few apps individually like Pages, Numbers, iMovies, Keynotes etc. on App Store and I found that updates are available but these updates not showing in App Store->Updates. Please help me.

yahoo finance not fully loading Yahoo finance is not working properly on my mac. I cannot see the option prices for some stocks for instance. I saw some people had this problem around jan 2021 as well. This happened just a few days ago. I'm running Big Sur version 11.4. Same problem both in Chrome and safari. It's working on job-PC, so this has to be a problem with Mac.
