Yahoo finance is not working properly on my mac. I cannot see the option prices for some stocks for instance. I saw some people had this problem around jan 2021 as well. This happened just a few days ago. I'm running Big Sur version 11.4. Same problem both in Chrome and safari.
It's working on job-PC, so this has to be a problem with Mac.

Yes, cookies and other website data (similar to cookies but different) as well as any Safari extensions and page-specific settings.
That Apple Support document starts off with mundane suggestions but then proceeds to more useful ones such as addressing VPNs and ill-conceived "security" software.
Is it possible for you to temporarily use a different ISP, perhaps an iPhone's "hotspot"? That would rule out potential problems with those services or perhaps your network equipment.
To actually diagnose what's wrong consider enabling Safari's Develop menu, then using its web inspector to definitively identify the specific page elements or code that isn't working. That obviously gets tedious. Some basic HTML programming knowledge is a prerequisite.

Needless to say I can't find anything wrong on that page, which I know doesn't help you fix what you're seeing. It still looks like the screenshot I posted. Should have shorted AAPL 😆
I've upgraded to Ventura 13.0.1, but the problem still remains. Now what?
There are at least two problems with the page: financial and option data is not showing. And the search function is not working.
This problem appear both in chrome and Safari, so don't think the first link will help me.
I've cleared all cookies - problem still remain. This has to be something Mac related, I never seen this on my PC.
The problem started to appear a few months ago - before that I never had this problem.
I've cleared all cookies, restarted the computer - nothing works. I only have this problem on my mac, not my PC.
I can also add that the problem comes and goes, it's really weird.
I feel this is something on Apple's side, since the page works properly on PC. This also affect scraping the page with yfinance library in Python - that doesn't work either.
Ok, I've tested some of the things that was suggested on that page. So it works with a private window in Safari, and an incognito browser in chrome. This suggest it has something to do with cookies, right?
So, new update on this very annoying issue. Now the page does not work in neither normal or private/incognito mode! I'm assuming yahoo didn't do a very good job writing this page, but it seems a rather unusual issue. Any more tips?
I'm running Big Sur version 11.4.
It may or may not fix the problem but update macOS first. To learn how to do that please read How to update the software on your Mac - Apple Support.
