Camera sound doesn’t go off on iPhone 11

Every time I try to take a photo by the camera it makes a sound even if it’s in the silent mode, I have noticed the sound is on Snapchat as well!

That means you purchase a phone in a country where disabling the camera shuttle is prohibited
