How do I stop running in circles with UPS and APPLE?
Ups "lost" my phone in December of 2020 and approved my claim. They sent out a check to apple in February that has not been sent to me. I have been back and forth with both companies and have not gotten a solution to my lost belongings . Since apple printed out the shipping label UPS won't release any information to me. I keep calling apple support with no resolution, they tell me to call ups and ups tells me to claim the check from apple. This is all very confusing and I just want a solution. I have no phone and no compensation for my loss. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Any help would be very appreciated.
