iPad iMessage sign in greyed out
Hi, folks. I’ve looked at the other discussions about this topic and none of the solutions have worked. We don’t have restrictions on the account, we have turned everything off, rebooted, reset all settings, etc.
When we try to sign in to iMessage with our Apple ID, we get an error message “FaceTime Activation — an error occurred during activation. Please try again.” Even though we weren’t trying to access FaceTime.
Would love a solution!
