Issues under Apple ID on iPhone SE 2020

Unable to set password or view Subscriptions under Apple ID settings while on 4G. If I use the wireless option and connect using the broadband network then I can view all settings under Apple ID on my iPhone.


I can't even upgrade the iOS if I connect to internet from 4G?


Why does apple force users to one internet connection? Why can't I switch based on what is available?


I am on Apple SE 2020.
