Double billing of ITunes payment.
I got billed twice for Itunes, one being yesterday dated(03/10/2021) then today again dated(03/11/2021) and I’m an individual user. I called my bank for a refund and they indeed confirmed that i was billed twice but for them to do that, I’d have to get something like an acknowledgment or approval mail from apple that indeed i was double charged. Please how do i go about this? That was my last cash, and all i had at that moment. I need this issue resolved and i need assistance on how to resolve it.
