Spam FaceTime group call

How can I remove myself from FaceTime group calls? Apple users like me are receiving SPAM FaceTime calls just the same as spam calls. I can’t ask the person to remove me from the group because I don’t know the person or robot who added me. ( I’m sure the spammer isn’t going to remove me from anything) Please come up with a solution to this. It’s becoming ridiculous.

Hello Mya3829,

We understand you'd like to remove yourself from a Group FaceTime call and we're happy to help. In order to be removed, the person who added you would have to remove you. You can also choose to block the callers, so you do not receive the calls using the steps here: Block phone numbers, contacts, and emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Take care
