Hello everyone. I have a ipad pro 12.9 inch. It fell down and now the screen is slightly lifted from the base. I have apple pencil too that has damage.

I have apple care + . I am unsure if i am covered and if Apple can fix them. Please let me know

AppleCare+ is an insurance product - and does cover accidental damage. You should be able to use one of your two “incidents”, whereby you can exchange your damaged iPad for a refurbished iPad of the same model and specification.


Being and insurance product, there will be a small excess/deductible charge for the exchange.


Your active AppleCare+ plan should also cover damage to your Apple Pencil.
