iPad connection problem - iPhone hotspot
I don’t have Wi-Fi but I have an iPhone with unlimited data. I would like to use the hotspot but the iPad does not backup with hotspot

There are system limitations as to what can, and can not, be transmitted over a Hotspot connection. System Updates, Backup and Restore via Cellular hotspot are not supported.
