New iPhone 12 keeps dropping Wifi

Hello all,

About two months ago, I upgraded from an iPhone 8 to iPhone 12. Everything is mostly fine, except it keeps dropping my home wifi network and I have no idea why.

It happens frequently, at least 2-3 times a day, and happens pretty much every day. Sometimes, it comes back if I just wait, others I have to turn the wifi off and then immediately back on again. The wifi symbol in the corner NEVER goes away, the way I can tell is if I try to open an app like Facebook, Twitter or email and it just sits there and loads.

My wife works from home, with three laptops and an Android, I have my own laptop and we have many other things connected to our wifi that never drop (nor did my old phone), so I'm sure this is related to the new iPhone. If it matters, we have the Google mesh wifi.

I've tried resetting my phone and resetting the network settings and re-installing the wifi with no luck. It's getting frustrating; anything else to try? Thanks.
