I have a DELL P2720DC monitor that has four USB-A ports. None of them are recognized by my M1 MacBook Pro 13". They are recognized by an Intel MacBook Pro 13". Why is that the case?

Thanks for the answer. I don't know how and when, but this was magically fixed and USB-A ports are normally recognized now.
i have the same exact issue, but no clue how to solve it, any ideas?
