our family in USA they send to us one 8 plus iPhone and when I put the SIM card in Afghanistan that’s not work and I can’t activate that I ask your to fix this problem thanks

This is a user-to-user forum; no one here can fix your problem. If it says Invalid SIM neither can Apple. Your family sent you a carrier-locked phone, which can only be unlocked by the carrier it is locked to. Return the phone, and have your family get an unlocked phone directly from Apple. Only Apple sells unlocked phones in the US.
