Can you run a scan to check for errors
I was wondering if there is a system check up that your apple offers in the support center. If so where would that check up be offered to run a system scan?

What kind of errors are you referring to? If you are experiencing a problem with your device, you can make a Genius Bar appointment and explain the issues to the Genius. They do have diagnostic software they use for the iPhone, however I'm not aware if they run all devices through that. You can ask to see though.
