Twice now, my card I have used for apple pay, has been compromised. The last time, it was 4 days after I entered it into my apple wallet

Call AppleCare and ask to be transferred to the Account Security Team.
Did you get it replaced with a new card each time it was compromised? Have you spoken to your bank or the credit card company? Does anyone have access to your iPhone?
I did replace it with a new card (different account number both times) My bank was the one to notify me both times. No one has access to my phone. Both times was a credit card through my bank.
