My creative cloud says "Unable to reach Adobe servers". I'm not sure what is wrong, as I did everything the directions told me to do.

I am having trouble accessing my Creative Cloud. I get a pop-up saying "Unable to reach Adobe servers". When I go into my adobe account, my membership is still active but again, I'm not able to get through to CC. What can be done?
