Cursor Lag Freeze for 2 seconds every few seconds

Aside from that, we'd also want to test some other aspects of your system to see if this issue persists. The first of which, would be putting your computer into safe mode and seeing if this behavior continues from there: Start up your Mac in safe mode

Another step, will be to create a new user account on your Mac, and see if your computer runs more responsively when using that account, rather than your current one. That will help us to determine if it's something related to your current user account, or if it's something effecting all accounts on the computer: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac
