I would like to remove "QuickLookPI" from my automations request list

So I found out about "QuickLookPI" adware and disabled it from controlling Safari as my first step. Now I deleted the file but figured out that I could not remove it from System Preferences > Security and Privacy directly, if any of you have ideas on how to remove the application from the Automations list, please reply. Thanks!

Remove QuicklookPI extension from Safari browser.

  • Open your Safari browser, From top menu, choose Safari > choose Preferences.
  • Go to Extensions tab.
  • Locate QuicklookPI extension.
  • To remove QuicklookPI click on "uninstall" button.

Check for profile created by the QuicklookPI on your Mac.

  • Next, delete the profile → System Preferences → Profiles .
  • Note: If there is no profiles on your Mac, then you may not see the profile icon. Then skip to the next step.
  • Once the profile Windows opens, check for unknown Profile.
  • To Remove QuicklookPI Profile, select it and click the Remove button (—) minus button in the bottom.
