New iCloud account - transferring pictures

Someone from my past has access to my current iCloud account, and I’m not sure on how many devices. I’ve changed the password, but I would feel better if I could create a new iCloud account. I don’t want to lose all of my pictures, though. How can I do this?

There is no automated way to move content between Apple IDs
