Can’t send pictures or Bitmojis in groups or single person to a non iPhone user

I have tried everything, turning off and on and off group texts and sms . And it still will not send the bitmojis or just photos . I have the iPhone 11.

It appears that you're unable to send MMS messages from your iPhone. These types of messages go through your carrier's network, so you may need to work with them later on down the line, but we'd like to share some steps that may help before going that route. First, have you had a chance to Restart your iPhone? Sometimes giving your device a fresh start can resolve unexpected behavior. Also, make sure you're running the latest iOS version, and Update your iPhone if needed.
