I've downloaded the file on Font Book, but the "Show in Finder" option is greyed out. As far as I know, fonts that come with OSX are licensed for personal use. I would like to use this font file for a personal project. Thanks!

What do you mean by that? Do you want to send the font file somewhere? Or just use that font when writing something in Pages or Word, etc?
It would seem to me that if you are sending the file to someone else, then it is not for your personal use on your Mac, and you have no assurance that the recipient of your sent font, nor anyone that they may further share that font with, will adhere to Apple's personal usage constraint.
I guess this makes sense, but I just plan to upload the font to a personal blog I'm making. Anyway, your explanation makes sense as a reason why Apple would not allow users to handle the actual font file. I guess I'll look for another open source font then. Thanks!

By that do you mean you are going to put the font file on a server and use it as web font? That probably is not a good idea unless the author explicitly allows it
