Other Processes OVER 100% on CPU Usage

Hi everyone, i recently use etrecheck to see whether i have problem with my new M1 Macbook Air. So the reason im using is because my battery is really draining a little bit fast and when i use etrecheck, it said that i have a source that's using 107% usage of CPU. And when i open activity monitor, i dont see any problems or probably i dont know which is the problem, here is the activity monitor.
