Are u getting them from calendar if soo try this ( in ios 14 go to seetings calendar acc there is an event for calendar click go ahead and delete it) in (ios 13 settings pse and acc go acc there is the event go ahead and delete it)

You hacked your own device to use other unsupported stuff.

If you have to ask, you didn't do it. It's something you DON'T want to do and it's NOT easy to do.
