Unable to download an album purchased in 2014
I purchased an album, and two songs, on 13Oct.2014 on receipt MH35D357LD but I cannot download the album from cloud due “not purchased with Apple ID”, however, I can download the 2 songs! I cannot find a way to report this but called the service number. After a long conversation, they sent me instructions how to re-download music, but that is not the case here with this album.
Of course, it’s the same problem on all my devices i.e. iPad, iPhone and Windows laptop.
I wonder if you can help me, please.
