Hey Cjfm,

Sounds like you're experiencing slow speeds on Wi-Fi with your iPhone 12 Pro Max. We'll be happy to help out.

To get started, it sounds like you're only experiencing this with Wi-Fi, is that correct? If so, we'd suggest restarting your modem/router and test things out further. If the issue persists, test over another known-good Wi-Fi network to isolate the issue further. If the issue only occurs on your home Wi-Fi network, you may need to contact your internet service provider for further assistance.

Next, please disable Bluetooth under Settings > Bluetooth and test things out further. Then, also disable cellular under Settings > Cellular and test again. Let us know the results after doing so.

Lastly, we've got a great resource to assist further with Wi-Fi connectivity issues here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won’t connect to a Wi-Fi network

We hope this information helps out.

Take care!
