my ipad background picture keeps moving on its own

i have an iPad Pro 1st generation and the back round picture has started moving on its own accord. It’s very disconcerting

Background and Wallpaper constantly changing to BLACK automatically I have an iPhone 12 updated to iOS 16. The background and wallpaper constantly changes itself to Black, automatically. Background My background on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, after opening my iPhone, shows all my apps but with a black background. I would like to restore the original background where I could see a photo of my wife which the apps were all superimposed on.
